And that will be costly to any company.
I estimate Object Matrix has spent over £1.9m building a community of over 6000 contacts.
We email those contacts twice a month and when people think it is too much they unsubscribe. We have lost around 10% from that process.
The other 90% are happy to keep receiving our weird and wonderful emails that keep them abreast of technological change, broadcast industry updates and the trials and tribulations of building a private cloud business from sunny South Wales!
